Hi, I have an issue with a refund made by Aeroflot for a canceled flight. I search on the web and also on the community. It seems I'm not the only one with this issue. Aeroflot made the refund with the receipt but not money on my Paypal account. There is a middle payment layer that made the real transaction: invoicebox. I sent an email and via contact form to them to ask what to do. Is it correct? It's terrible in the 2021 have that kind of issue. Everything should be fast and easy. Thanks for your support.
