I purchased an instant beach shelter from a Facebook ad. I received 2 8” plastic shovels and a beach ball. They sent the wrong merchandise. Now the seller has offered a full refund ($24.98) if I return the merchandise I received, which is worth about $2. According to the USPS, postage to China starts at $14.25. So in order to get a refund of $24.98 for their mistake in sending the wrong items, I have to pay over $14 in postage? The only option the resolution center is giving me is to enter the tracking number. How do I decline this offer? Or should I accept what I can get and count my blessings?
