We provided SEO services to a client for almost 4 months and even got them results. But, he has raised a dispute in Paypal for AUD 3500.
Reason: Item not as described
We were sending regular reports to the client and he was clearing each invoice himself. We always moved to the next task after getting invoice cleared.
After 4 months of dedicated efforts, we were able to boost clients revenue by 77% and website traffic by 413%.
I feel like cheated by the client. Even after giving our best services with full transparency, we are under a debt now.
Although I have responded to the dispute on time, But, I have got few doubts,
1. What will happen if the buyer does not raise a claim within 20 days?
2. In order to compensate the buyer, is Paypal having authority to extract money from my linked credit cards?
3. Should I escalate the isssue to Paypal? Will I have to pay any fees to paypal in such a case? or should I wait and watch?
Any advices would be welcomed.
