Hi Madhhu. i'm not an admin here..just a normal guy. I had this problem last week too..they(PayPal) can fix this though you do need to call them to help you update your info in order to start using Paypal just like before. Simply go back a page, scroll down to help and contacts(or just contacts) then repeat this 'again'..go down to where it says account access, and somewhere on this page it should say..'login issues'.. here at the bottom of this page it should have a phone sign. Click this sign and it will give you 2 number to call. Note: they may ask you for your email, new phone number, or last 4 digits of your bank account so they can gain access to your PayPal account and update it in order for you to login using your updated phone number.
