How can I let paypal know this company is a scam and have them refund the charge? I had give them a call immediately when I made the purchase and realized it was a scam, since the purchase was not processed at the moment and I reported it as unauthorized, the representative said that it will not go through. But after couple weeks I see the transaction go through and I give paypal a call again but they said they have no record of me speaking with a representative about this, and told me to file and claim. I just received the case update saying there was no unauthorized use. Anyone have this kind of experience, Im not sure how to proceed? Thanks for any advice
