Hello! My Account has been limited and I submitted all the documents. Everything was good and cleared. However, since I just shipped the items today and sent the proof of fulfilment today. The tracking number says not yet delivered as it takes about 3 to 5 business days for it to be delivered to my customer.
The email says " contact us once the package has been delivered so we can continue to review your account " and asked me to click the CONTACT US at the bottom of the paypal website. However, I'm confused where should I tell them to review my account again as when I try the message center it is mostly no agent available to chat.
