I reopened the case on the unapproved charge of €66 from this shower after PaYPal said it was authorised. They changed tue status to ‘did not receive’. They took no further details from me although I wanted to provide evidence that this was a scam. A few days ago I received a notice that they were reviewing information from the supplier and would get back to me. I could not view what the supplier had said and today they denied my case. PayPal are a disgrace, lazy, shoddy processes that favour scam sites. How can they make a decision without first getting my evidence. Awful company. I will cut down my usage of them significantly now.
