Hi: You can do the following: Go to this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-language-encoding OR, alternatively, you can access that link clicking on your user name (Profile). There you choose Account Settings. On the Account Settings window, you choose Website payments towards the bottom of the left panel, in the PRODUCTS & SERVICES section. Finally, click the PayPal button language encoding and you get to the window to set the UTF-8 encoding. Once you are in the PayPal button language encoding page, click on the button More options and a new window will open again. There, change the Encoding to UTF-8. Choose the option Yes to the question Do you want to use the same encoding for data sent from PayPal to you (e.g., IPN, downloadable logs, emails)? That's it!
