Hello, I sent a payment to a wrong person using my credit card and file a case at PayPal but they Closed my case. I call their customer service but it didn’t help me at all so I am in a rush to hold my transaction so badly that I filed unauthorised access but I typed their that I sent it to the wrong person. PayPal emailed back to me and they cannot refund it as their is no unauthorised activity. It really is not unauthorised access but I do want the to hold my transaction because I mistakenly sent it to a wrong person. I was hoping that they reconsider my case again so that I can file for a refund. Due to my desperation on getting my money back, I emailed the person whom I sent the money mistakenly and he replied that the money wasn’t in his account. I do not know what should I do with this matter since I cannot file a dispute. I hope that someone can help me and give me advice about this. Thank you
