I am trying to apply for the Developers Newsletter, but the submit button does not seems to work - I have filled in Firstname, lastname, emailadres and I accepted policy. Button changes from light blue to dark blue - but clicking does not seems to work. I tried 2 different browsers, incognito etc etc https://developer.paypal.com/home/
