Dear Community members, I ask for your help on the issue of how I can file an appeal against the accepted PayPal, because when I opened this case I was not yet fully aware that I am dealing with cheaters, and that the online shop https://www.diaspotvr. com/, where I made the purchase on May 2nd, was not going to fulfill this order, as it was a window (a front) for fraudulent actions of a user NORMAN <removed>, to whose PayPal account my money was transferred on 02.05.2021, at least until recently. This is confirmed by the fact that the shop has no actual address and phone number, and the only contact address, also until recently, was an email address <removed>, which at different times was the contact address for such false shops, about which a lot of information and complaints, including from users of PayPal, in the Internet (see, for example, https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/335749, https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/341060, https://scam-info.com/udelimaid/ etc.). I, along with the vast majority of those users who have posted complaints, sent an enquiry about the order made to that address, to which I received no response. It's surprising to me that PayPal has connected the shop without address and phone number to the payment system at all, without checking whether NORMAN <removed> user is related to the shop, what address he and the shop are at and whether they coincide with the address where the orders are sent to the addressees. For me, for instance, it's obvious that the tracking number given by this person while reviewing the case, according to which the order was shipped to my address, allegedly 2 days before I actually placed the order, Received through his use of vulnerabilities in the USPS computer network, or the presence of accomplices, which are picking up for him as close to the address of recipients, although not always coinciding with the actual date of the order and, moreover, with the place where this order was actually supposed to be sent... It's also very sad for me that PayPal employees, who worked on my case (I've never made any complaints that don't correspond to reality), treated it formally, didn't bother to check all above mentioned and contacted their own security service, which, for its part, having received numerous complaints, in the meantime had already disabled https://www.diaspotvr.com/ from making payments through PayPal, and the crooks using this website for their fraudulent activities had already urgently changed the contact email address of their website. Unfortunately, PayPal now doesn't even provide an opportunity to write a message to customer support and I don't understand how I should proceed. I apologize for the large number of letters and I am grateful in advance for any advice.
