Hello, I ordered an Item online and selected my Credit Card, however my Bank declined the credit card charge as a security measure due to it being a large payment and I hadn't used the card in 2 months. So why instead of saying "Sorry Card declined" did PayPal see fit to charge my regular bank account instead!!!!!! This is not something I have set, is it something done be default? It's absolutely scandalous! Of course now being outside business hours I cannot contact PayPal, My bank have said this isn't something we can sort out since PayPal took the payment and the retailer I ordered the item from has Accepted the order. Why does this happen?
