I don’t think I’m subject to the thirty day hold period policy. The money is already available in my paypal account. I simply can’t transfer it because the site is requesting for “more information” without giving me any other context.

Whenever I try to withdraw my money, I get an error message saying “Sorry, but we need more information. Please contact customer care for assistance”. I’ve tried everything I can. The bot only tells me that there’s no customer service agents available. There’s no cases in my resolution center and no email correspondence from Paypal either. I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated please, as I need the cash urgently

I withdrew from my PayPal account to a prepaid card on Friday and the transaction took 72 hours to process. I finally got a notification yesterday that it had been completed but my bank still hasn't received the money yet. I can't get into touch with PayPal customer service too. Anyone that could help or knows what the problem might be?
