Pay pal in 4 always shows the full total price of purchase or your agreement and only charges you the first payment. In your example, 120 for the purchase that PayPal paid to the merchant and 30 for your first payment paid to PayPal. You will receive two emails from PayPal for the full purchase and your first payment. Only your first payment is actually deducted.
