My boss hasn't received the email confirmation for her Sandbox address for our business account. Because of that, she can't even write a message on these community boards from her account. She's requested a new email be sent numerous times. It's not in her junk folder, and she's gone through all the steps on this PayPal support page: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/i-did-not-receive-my-email-address-confirmation-faq831 We can't now receive payments from our customers so need this urgently resolved. Can somebody please get in touch with a solution. It's proven impossible to speak to a human and we've wasted so much time on going through the automated support nonsense and trying to find at least an email address.
