I purchased an item back in early February and it was paid for out of my Paypal Account - it never arrived and despite a few months of trying to track the seller down I finally gave up and lodged a non-delivery report with PP around mid April. They investigated and have today told me, via email, that the seller has provided them with sufficient evidence to confirm the package was sent and delivered; I know I never got it. I have tried to reply to their email in an attempt to acquire some simple pieces of information like what email address did they use to contact seller and please send me the shipping information so I can see what might have happened however the email/s just bounce back. I went into PP and looked at the transaction I reported is just says 'Case is Closed". My questions to those within the community who have had an item not delivered is simple - "is this a common experience/response from PP"
