So I tried to purchase an item. They kept asking for a code, and when the code did not work I kept trying, so I ended up with 3 orders. I contacted them immediately and said I only wanted 1 order. They refunded me for one order, but now are saying they are preparing for 2 orders to ship. I contacted them again saying, I only wanted one order. I opened a claim with PayPal, because I could see where this was going. They just contacted me to say I must accept the second order, to which I said no thank you. What are the prospect of PayPal resolving this? An absolutely horrible company to deal with.
