I think I already know the answer, but I wanted to check. Today, I DID order something from a craftsman in Russia and paid him via PayPal. He is known by many people in a crafting group on FB who verified that he is legit. When I checked my email later, in addition to an email from him that was a receipt for the money I had sent and a confirmation of my order, there were two messages supposedly from PayPal claiming "suspicious activity" that had resulted in my account being suspended, but they were from two DIFFERENT addresses that weren't paypal.com Just ignore and delete (which is what I did)? Report them to PayPal? The messages were already deleted from my email account.
