PayPal reported some issues on that day which was posted at https://www.paypal-status.com/history/eventdetails/35027 . It is likely that this caused the temporary issue you experienced with the IPN post back validation. We apologize for any inconvenience." The link goes to nowhere, so there you go.

Me too, since yesterday, and I *don't* see any retries. Have to fulfil manually, not my idea of spending the weekend. Support issue raised yesterday but so far no response.

Me too. Most worrisome is that the failed IPN notifications do not seem to be retried. I'm now reduced to manually fulfilling the failed subscription extensions.
