I sold 3 services to this buyer and after some time, I checked my email and found 3 PayPal Disputes were opened against me. In 2 of them, I indicated any/all evidence suggesting that they bought from me and planned/received the items in question. However, in the disputes, they listed it as, "unauthorized transaction" when in fact, they did know about it. I was not told about them being opened or even a solution prior to the disputes. I then responded to 2 of the claims as I was unable/too late to respond to the last case. There, I listed that our services we claimed, that our Terms of Service include: No Refunds, EULA stated that any and all transactions are the fault of the customer as well as various other information for legitimacy. Upon receiving payment, I personally saw to it that their service was delivered and received. I relayed all this information within 2 of the cases with all our chats, the notes left in the payments, etc as my chats are all recorded and stored. Without even typing a word or response in the cases, the money was refunded from me after some time. When I even showed 4-5 screenshots of them being 100% aware of what they were getting. The third case may draw the same conclusion as the first two. In which would scam me from my services. We wasted our time to do something for free in a way. I am wondering as to how to report that incident. I called Support for PayPal in which they told me to come here and that the buyer may have talked to their bank about the purchase.
