I've tried to reach out to appeal an indefinite limitation since I don't think I've done anything wrong. I messaged using the built in chat three times on three different days but it keeps saying that there are no agents online, and that I should 'try again during business hours' even though I've always messaged during business hours. There was no option for me to resolve this limitation by sending in official documents or anything either so I'm quite lost on what to do. I would very much like to find a way to remove the limitations.
