I set up my Bluevine (part of Bancorp) business checking account as my default payment method on April 13th. Paypal sent me a confirmation email saying: "Your preferred payment method is set. You selected your THE BANCORP BANK X-____ as your preferred way to make payments. We'll use it whenever you shop online or send money for goods and services." However, when I send payments via Paypal, it does not show my Bluevine/Bancorp account. When I try to add it again as a method of payment, the system says "We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay." Help!
