thanks for trying but what you provide was not even close to what I was asking in the question. First, it was not clear it was a Chinese product on Facebook. Second, I did not buy through Paypal. The merchant uses Paypal. Third, I filed a dispute with AMEX since I used my AMEX card to purchase. The bottom line is the merchant sent a different item than I ordered. When I asked for a refund they said it was too expensive to ship back and items were not allowed to be returned due to COVID. I filed a dispute with AMEX, which I used. However, AMEX is dealing with Paypal, which the merchant used. So basically, they are hiding behind Paypal services. What I am trying to do is not make a dispute with Paypal but t to inform them of this deceitful merchant. I looked through the disputes section and there is nothing that fits what I am trying to do. This is to provide information to Paypal about this merchant and this transaction and their history of bait and switch and complaints. In this way, I am hoping to protect others. Thanks
