Hello, I am trying to transition my fraternity from a different platform to PayPal. This is mainly to offer an electronic transaction platform for reimbursing officers for things like philanthropy events, cleaning supplies, etc. An older alumnus has already created an account, but aside from email and name, not much is on the account. I mainly want to transition to PayPal to avoid unnecessary transaction fees considering we are a 501-c3 non-profit organization. I want to avoid any financial liabilities and not breaking any terms of agreement with PayPal (or the IRS god forbid) and I want to know what steps I should take to legitimize this as our official financial platform and if there is anything I should know moving forward.
