My payment is currently on hold because the buyer "hasn't" received his item. However, I shipped this item out in March and I talked to him about the product and he confirmed that he did have it. I then looked at PayPal to figure out why it's saying that, then I saw that somehow I accidently put UPS as the carrier instead of USPS. How do I change the shipping info??? I need to change the carrier from UPS to USPS.
