Hi, Since about 12 days ago, all my payment attempts have been declined. I have plenty of money in my account. I sent an email and got the reply "We received your email and are continuing our review". Since then, nothing. Further emails receive no reply. There is no realtime chat except with a bot. When I try to call, the wait times are about 1/2 hour. 1. Does anyone have any idea why my payments are now declined? There is a notice on my account that I have to connect to a credit card, but I have been successfully making payments for about a year without doing this. Has their policy changed? 2. Has everyone else had such poor experiences from PayPal customer service? Thanks for your help.
