Someone had use my PayPal account with another person credit card visa to do a transaction. When I found out this had happen I deleted the PayPal account, now the owner of the card has filled a complaint against the transaction, this was notified in registered PayPal email. (Attached the email) How do I resolve this matter. As the email didn't mention the detail of complaint. I have not filed a complaint nor I know the card owner. Received email below Hello ....
