Greetings Pay Pal community, in Mar 2020, I paid to attend an event that was originally scheduled for Jul 2020, but was rescheduled due to COVID-19 to May 2021, and now the event has been cancelled. The company organising the event has now been dissolved and Pay Pal are denying my request for a refund through their buyer protection because I paid for the ticket more than 12 months ago. Has anyone else been in this situation and do I have any recourse through Pay Pal? Does anyone have an email address for Pay Pal that I can send a message asking them to review - I was not able to provide all the relevant details in their automated dispute review centre. TIA.
