I am extremely dissatisfied with the Paypal support system, every support option besides calling in presents you with an automatic messaging system. My problem is unique and therefore cannot be answered by any of these, calling in is the only option I can go through with as the other systems have proven no avail. I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and counting. My account is being restricted/limited due to another account with similar details having trouble. This is not where there is a problem, I have a very old account that has a negative balance and I cannot pay this off as every time I try to recover the password of the said account, I get a message saying "There was an issue on our end". I am not even sure this is the specific problem because of how vague Paypal is with the message. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
