I have been trying for 2 weeks to talk to a person regarding a simple refund on a purchase made online using my Pay Pal account and am only getting automatized responses from both Pay Pal and the seller. It is a simple issue, I never received the items I ordered, and the seller has provided a bogus tracking number and tells me everyday that it has NOW arrived and to go check my mail...every day, its not there.... and my post office tells me they have not received notice of such a delivery or the tracking number from CHINA? I can see how this would be one hell of a scam for BOTH companies to skim on the transaction fees from the banks for the customers to benefit slowly, and maliciously over time if they continue this with thousands of customer...…it's death by a million cuts (and bucks$$$$) to its customer base. Its a shame that Pay Pal in knowingly allowing/participating in these types of scams while undermining the security of it's platform and its subscribers. The company they continue to allow is selling face masks/bathing suits/ and garments on Facebook and Instagram. Pay Pal doesn't have the customers best interest at heart here....and it could be litigious in the future for PayPal.
