So we ordered appliances for our outdoor kitchen and when we made the purchase they told us it would be here by mid march at the latest. After multiple email attempts and phone calls with voicemail only, the best we could get from them is we will look into your order and let you know when we know more. They are a month late and our kitchen company can not wait any longer for dimensions for cut outs. I have decided to delete this product and have emailed the company to cancel our order adding they have a severe CS problem. They have not processed the payment yet nor is there any record of a charge in my paypal account. Is there anyway they could still charge my paypal account from an order made 4 months ago that has never been applied to my account? I just want to make sure they wont try to process this order, which I doubt they will anyway. They are probably relieved I am cancelling for they must be having they same issues everyone else is with getting stock. Thanks
