Dear Team, I had an issue with my transaction and I reported it as unauthorised activity. As I am a new user to PayPal I was not aware about the refund process and considered it as an unauthorised transaction instead of opening a dispute regarding item not received. It was actually a phishing from the seller that I did not receive any item and seller refused to refund when I asked. So now I would like to raise dispute on the same transaction but I'm not able to do it from resolution centre as I have already raised a case of unauthorised access and its showing "closed" as the final status. Now kindly help me to get the refund of the transaction as I lost 100€ (QAR461.06) from my credit card without getting any advantage.
