Hi there ! Some months ago, I completed a transaction with a merchant. The charge was completed twice therefore I contacted the merchant and they canceled one of the two. Everything went smoothly and well. The following morning, I received an email from PayPal explaining me that there wasn’t enough money in my bank account (the connected wallet account) to cover a payment. The email included the transaction details too . Let me explain here that in the first place the first transaction attempt was unsuccessful because there wasn’t enough funds. My PayPal account has two wallet bank accounts connected. Ever since, I haven’t added money into my account in fear unwanted charges happen. Can u please advise ?
