I recently bought a used iPhone X for $330, the seller sent the package with UPS' next day air service. it came today and I grabbed it but it felt pretty light, that was the first red flag. When I opened the package, not a surprise but I did not find my phone I ordered. There was only packaging where the phone was supposed to be, and a return label if the phone was a defect. I opened a dispute and escalated to a claim of "Item significantly not as described" for a full refund, and PayPal assisted me with saying the problem is Missing Item in package. I also uploaded photos showing that the package came only with a return label and packaging with no phone. Will PayPal most likely side with the seller, or me? I personally think PayPal will believe I just took the phone out and claimed it never came in the package. What do you guys think? And have you had any experience like this, how did it turn out for you?
