My account is on hold due to a fraudulent charge from another country. I provided all the information Paypal asked for but no one has responded and I cannot find a phone number to call the help desk. I find it very frustrating Paypal does not want to communicate with their clients. How do I restore my account so I can continue to use Paypal? The Amex card on my account has been closed which only complicated the situation. Does anyone have a phone number so I can talk (new concept - I know) someone and straighten out the problem??
