I placed an order with tielda.com in january, and they did not issue the 20% discount, and then I have been trying to cancel the order for over 2 months. All of my correspondence has been by email (they don't have a phone number) and I have asked them over a dozen times to cancel the order. I just received a notice that my items have been shipped and it's too late to cancel. We're talking about $400.00 USD. I had opened up a case with Paypal but they denied it saying I didn't provide enough documentation (I sent all emails to them) - this was before I learned that the items had been shipped. The case is now closed. Help!
