I filed a dispute over an item I hadn't received about a month ago. I've gone through the process of waiting for a response from the seller (which I have yet to get) and my dispute is now in the category of 'being reviewed'. What I've noticed though is that PayPal keeps shifting the date I escalated the claim forward (the dispute says it got escalated March 30th, but in reality it was about the 10th) I contacted service and they told me they're moving the date of the expected solution for the dispute forward to give the seller extra time to reply. Even though the dispute isn't in the 'awaiting seller reply' category anymore. Is this even allowed? Does anyone here had this happen to them as well? What would be the best course of action to take at the moment? Replies would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
