I am trying to get in touch with customer support about a case that was denied over the weekend "because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." I looked at the UPS package information myself and, while it says it went to the correct city, it doesn't match with what the seller says they provide at all and I never got that package (video doorbell so I should have seen something). (When I called the support line, I was on hold for 4 hours mid-day till the line cut off and it hasn't come back yet. Also tried the message system, but I hadn't signed into PayPal for the purchase so I can't tell if it is being tracked.) In case a support person sees this, I am talking a[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]ite is controlnice.shop, a place for "USA-made" outdoor furniture/large items. The UPS package has a listed weight of 0.7 pounds - a clear issue when the item I purchased was a "small" shed. This also didn't address the charge of $111 when I authorized $97. Also, looking at the receipt, the seller has the item listed as "Item Name: Goods" - something that would be ok for a yard sale, not a legitimate business. Their listed phone number is disconnected, the social media links do not work, and I have never received any contact from their email address (the same email that is on the case and associated with TONE LUCK TRADING DEVELOP LIMITED). I am 100% convinced that this is a scam I fell for and, even if I don't get my money back, PayPal should remove their account.
