I am in the US. This problem was resolved by finally not using the immediate transfer option and paying the 1% fee, but choosing the 1-3 day transfer for free. Had I known this on the 26th, I could have transferred the money and not had all the messages and phone calls to paypal, and all the anxiety about not being able to get my money. It did cause me hardship. For that I am still angry, and for being told there was a problem with my account, leading me to believed it had been hacked or something.
