I keep having the same problems. Money is sent the returned and account limited. In the several years I’ve had the account, I have been limited over 6 times, yet I have only actually done about 10 transactions. I spend most of the time trying to get it resolved by a non existent department that has a phone but doesn’t actually have an office fir the phone. If you call, they are always too busy to answer. With Covid and people available to work from home they should be able to hire people to service customers. Hmm new concept “Customer Service”. That would be a fantastic solution to PayPal’s service issues....lol
