I did enter my landline. It came back with a 'could not complete call' message. Now... my landline is Ooma VoiP, so that may be part of the problem. The point is... there shouldn't be any mandatory security access screens which REQUIRE a cell phone... out here in the real world, not everyone has, or WANTS, a cell phone. So, I'm still not able to sign-in. I have changed all of my auto-renew subscriptions which were set up with PayPal over to my primary credit card, and will no longer be using PayPal.
