My Customer cancels the order and asks me to refund, I Sent the money back (not refund) but copy-paste the e-mail address of him. After 1 day the customer asks me if I refund the money and I send him the Answer, yes, and when I send him the Transaction ID and email he told me that the email was wrong. I Check the emails and I found out is different. But the owner has the same name. And I don't know what to do about it. please how to take my money back?
