Hello. Recently I have lost access to the phone number attached to the PayPal profile. I am not in my home country (Czech Republic) and can not recover it at the moment. Login procedure requires me to enter the code sent to the phone number (despite 2FA not been set up) - therefore: - I can not update my number; - can not message support; - can not call the support line - Czech PayPal hotline announces that due to COVID they will not be responding to calls at all; - and the US hotline can not help me (yes, I got there after an hour-long wait). Is there any way I can reach someone who can help me or what should I do? It should be fine if I just can update the phone number, but I can not do that without an access to the support.
