Just as a follow up, thanks to PayPal's intervention I have now received my goods, in two separate shipments. To achieve this I contacted PayPal a fortnight after I ordered and the website indicated the order had not been sent. Soon after that I escalated the case and PayPal did all the follow up. One item was broken and I don't think I will be able to glue it together. Happy with the lights (240V and solar) but not happy that one, of four, of the acrylic hens arrived in two pieces. PayPal have closed the case and I never had the opportunity to comment on my purchases. I wonder if PayPal had not pursued this whether I would have received anything! Regards Anne
