I recently started receiving payments for some of my services. Even with a fully verified account, the funds I received were put on hold. After adding another bank account, and a credit card, plus updating documents on my profile for proof of identity, I was shocked to receive an email that my account was PERMANENTLY LIMITED because I might be an underaged user (I'm not, I'm 35) or residing in a country not approved for PayPal transactions (I am in an approved country, the Philippines). I already read so many receiving the same errors and haven't really gotten any realistic solution other than some who were residing in the USA. Sheesh, if I knew this would happen I wouldn't have used PayPal at all! Posting it here in a desperate attempt to see if there is anyone who found a way out of this. It feel cheated. It sucks.
