You can ring PayPal. I rang PayPal and they told me how to go about getting a full refund plus postage paid for. This week I received full refund from PayPal. Keep trying! ... View more

I have seen so many people say the same thing. I ordered 2 x swivel cheeseboards and ended up with 2 x battery operated toothbrushes. They wanted the item returned at my expense or keep the item and they would give me 40 percent refund. I have escalated my claim with PayPal. So many people on Facebook have had the same problem.
