Hello all! First time here. On March 2, I made a payment for a product, and together with the seller we cancelled that payment. He issued a refund, which was processed to my bank account....all good. However, I made another payment on the same day, again he refunded and we went the Venmo route. So second refund on the same date was pending up until yesterday, when it was processed, but no activity in my bank account. Do you suppose PayPal saw it as an extra, erroneous refund and just cancelled it out w/o an ACTUAL refund? Any ideas? Thanks! Darrell A.
