Dear Paypal, As a merchant, I'm appalled that HK Paypal no longer has any phone support. This is really the last straw in terms of your poor service. 1. I can not log in. As you have two-factor authentication phone call automation will not accept my number. 2. You no longer can be called (Due to Covid) Okay everything wrong in the world is now due to covid. You no longer need to employ people, you can get paid for zero service and if it's raining or you need an excuse to not care about your customers. Blamed it on Covid. Congratulations. 3. When I try to message you, it just asked me to Log in. Back to Number 1 problem. 4. Under 2-factor authentication is has a link "try another way" only there is no other way, it just keeps asking me to get a phone call. Previously this was an email code but for some fantastic reason, you have changed this. Any support or help would be appreciated as I have thousands of dollars of transactions and am losing money daily if I can not access this account. PS. If you are a merchant using Paypal HK, I encourage you to jump ship. This is not a service anymore but a death ship that tries to siphon any amount they can from their users.
