Hi, My account says it has a limit and I need to link my bank via direct debit. I have done this, and it has confirmed everything is linked successfully and payment instructions accepted, yet there is still a limit. I have confirmed everything including all cards in my account etc, and it still says there is an annual receiving limit. I speak to live chat which is a robot due to it being outside of office hours, and the robot checks my account and says there are no limits! Anyone know what to do? Thanks
