The "pay with paypal" function has been broken for over 2 months. I have a paypal mastercard linked to my paypal and it doesnt show in the wallet when I go to pay with paypal. I am using the right email and the card statements are showing in my paypal account. Ive spent over 20 hours on the phone with paypal, and another 14 or so hours with synchrony bank. Each company points fingers at the other and keeps transfering me back and fourth in circles. Speaking with managers and making tickets with either company results in them being marked as resolved while the issue remains. Ive sent consumer complaints to both companies and have heard nothing back yet. This is incredibly stressful and a massive waste of time. Anyone have similar issues with the wallet not working?
